GOLD - 2019 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
A Super-Tuscan style red wine, it has a full spectrum of red, blue and blackberry aromas with hints of cocoa, rhubarb and Rainier cherry on the palate.
91 points - Wine Spectator
This wine displays a rich garnet hue and beautiful, compelling aromas. Notes of black fruits such as blackberry, cassis and black plums are intermixed with hints of cedar, vanilla, and black tea. This Cabernet Sauvignon is irresistible now but will reward cellaring for a decade or more.
A specially blended wine made in honor of our founder!
The 2015 John’s Promise incorporates Sagrantino from our estate vineyard, which lends a deep color as well as intriguingly compelling aromas of pomegranite, blackberry, exotic spice, cedar and lavendar. The wine is deep and structured, with layers upon layers of flavor that gradually reveal themselves.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sagrantino from grapes grown on our estate. This wine is deep and structured, with layers upon layers of flavors, such as pomegranite, blackberry, exotic spice cedar and lavendar, that gradually reveal themselves.
First place in its flight, this sweet white wine’s pale appearance belies rich aromas of sweet orange blossom, jasmine, mango, guava, pineapple, and lychee fruit. A lovely wine with a goldilocks texture: neither too rich, nor too light – a wonderfully silky wine. ~ St. Helena Star / NVV tasting panel

This brilliantly golden wine draws you in with inviting aromas of passion fruit, honeysuckle, ripe white peach, apricot, jasmine, candied tangerine and lemon zest.
As the only Aglianico produced in the Napa Valley, this wine has a captivating nose that offers notes of blueberry, huckleberry, rhubarb, baked fruit and exotic spices such as nutmeg and mace. It is tightly knit with notes of dark chocolate and brambly dark red fruit. The mouthcoating tannins lead to a long, sanguine finish.
Sorridente means “smiling” and that is what we do while assembling this blend. Once the component wines have settled in the cellar to reveal their character, we select the brightest, cheeriest barrels from each lot and make many trial blends until we find the one that will leave a smile on your face.
