The information that you provide to Benessere Vineyards will not be shared with, rented or sold to any other companies or organizations. We are firmly committed to protecting your privacy.
Email communications to our mailing list subscribers, visitors and wine club members are sent only to those who have expressly given Benessere Vineyards permission to send them information. You can unsubscribe from our list at any time by contacting us at email@example.com
Information collected from visitors via the Benessere website or in person:
When signing up for our e-mail list your name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number is required. This allows us to communicate with you regarding special offers and events information from Benessere. By submitting personal information, you are agreeing that we may communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or other means. We do not sell or buy email list information.
Wine club membership:
When filling out the online wine club application we ask for your name, mailing address, e-mail address, daytime phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information enables us to process the application and notify you of membership details, benefits and shipment notices via e-mail.
Ordering online: When placing an order through our online store we ask for your name, mailing address, e-mail address, daytime phone number, date of birth, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process the order and ensure the legality of the shipment. For your security, our web based ordering process utilizes the most up to date Secure Socket Layer technology. This software ensures that all sales transaction information is transferred safely via encrypted methods.
Shipping and Return:
All wines are sold in California and title passes to buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. By placing an order online, you are stating that you are of at least 21years old and someone who is of least 21 years old will be available to sign for the shipment.
Orders placed and processed:
- Wednesdays through Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting.
- Mondays may ship on Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting.
- Tuesday may ship on Wednesdays or Thursday, weather permitting.
- Tuesdays, prior to 4 pm, may ship on Wednesday, weather permitting.
If an order or club shipment is returned, and you wish it to be resent, you may incur re-shipping fees. If an order or shipment is returned, you may incur "return-to-winery" shipping fees. We ask that an address where someone will be available at all times to sign for the shipment.
If you are unsatisfied with the club shipment/order, monies may be refunded, minus the shipping fee, or product replaced. If you refuse a club shipment without notifying the winery prior to being charged, monies will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
