The wine is brilliant garnet in color, with generous aromas of red and black fruits, and dark spices. This complex, compelling, dynamic wine has the structure to reward cellaring for 15 to 20 years. Our 2011 Aglianico has the traditional characteristics of the variety: it is supple, balanced, and built to age.
Enjoy our 2011 Aglianico with a rosemary-scented leg of lamb or a risotto with roasted porcini mushrooms. For a treat enjoy the wine with Cambozola cheese on grated parmesan “crackers.”
