What is Benessere’s Guest Policy?

All visitors must be aged 21+. We are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 21, including infants and children. Grazie for your understanding.


Do You Require Reservations for Tastings?

Yes. All tasting experiences are by reservation only and can be made online HERE or by calling (707) 963-5853. If you are a club member and want to pick up your wine and do a tasting, you must still make a reservation. If you are running late for your reservation, we kindly ask that you call us to let us know. We offer a 15-minute grace period after the reserved time before the reservation is canceled.  Please note that 4pm reservations must be on time.


Do You Take Walk-In’s?

Reservations are strongly advised, but if space allows we may be able to accommodate same day reservations. We recommend you call in advance for availability at (707) 963-5853.


What Are Your Tasting Room Hours?

Our Tasting Room is open for tastings from 10am-5pm, with the last reservation starting at 4pm to allow for a 60-minute experience before closing.  If booking at 4pm, you must be on time or your reservation will be cancelled.


Is Outside Food Permitted?

For a standard tasting, outside food is not permitted. If you would like to bring your own picnic, you may reserve our Al Fresco experience by calling (707) 963-5853 or emailing


Do You Serve Food?

We offer a delicious menu of plates to choose from, including a Tre Formaggi cheese plate, Antipasti charcuterie plate, a chocolate truffle pairing, olives, almonds, crackers, and more. Mama Mia, I’m hungry!


What is Your Dog Policy?

We love our furry friends! People-friendly dogs are welcome at Benessere Vineyards. However, they must remain outdoors and we kindly ask that they be securely leashed and supervised at all times. Please be prepared to clean up after them should nature call. They cannot drink the wine but we may have some treats for them!


How Do I Use My Club Member Benefits When Booking?

Can I Add People To My Reservation?

Please call ahead if you have any changes to your party size to ensure we have adequate seating. If the addition brings your group size over the limit of 8 guests, please be advised that you will be required to change your reservation to a Large Group Experience. You may not book two separate groups and join them together.

We accept cash and credit card. Unfortunately we are unable to accept ApplePay at this time.


Should We Tip Our Servers?

If you like! Our Wine Educators do their best to provide a memorable experience for you. While encouraged, gratuities are at the discretion of the guest.


What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of experience booked. A standard seated tasting experience must be cancelled within 48 hours to receive a refund of the deposit. Please refer to your confirmation email for details of the cancellation policy that applies to your booking.
